    You can complete your booking on-line by clicking the displayed booking button of the desired transfer or tour.
  • What does private transfer or tour mean?
    A private transfer or tour is a service you pre-book exclusively for you and your group.
  • Is there any hidden cost after I book tour or transfer (service)?
    All services on our web page have their description of what they include for the price shown, there is no hidden extra cost.
  • I finished my booking, but I haven't received a confirmation, what should I do?
    Once you have entered all the data required for submission of reservation, your request is processed, and processing may take up to 12 hours. Reservations are confirmed only after you receive a confirmation via e-mail. Please enter the e-mail address carefully so that you may receive the confirmation. If you do not receive your confirmation, review the Spam folder, if it still is not there, please contact us.
  • What happens if my flight is delayed?
    All flights are monitored for delays to ensure that your driver will be waiting for you when you arrive. There are no extra charges if your flight is delayed.
  • What if I can't find my driver, tour guide, or location?
    Information you provided while booking: flight number, meeting point, and time is crucial. You should contact us by phone or e-mail if you can't find your driver/guide/location.
